Workforce Development
Part-time, paid opportunities that remove barriers to work and open doors to lasting economic stability.
Our workforce development program creates pathways for participants to engage in purposeful work that supports both personal growth and the broader Rocksprings Wellness community. Through hands-on roles connected to hospitality, facilities, and operations, participants build skills in an environment designed for consistency, support, and respect.
Workforce Program Overview
The Rocksprings Workforce Program operates as a structured second-chance employment and workforce development initiative for individuals seeking to stabilize their lives and reenter the workforce. The program is specifically designed to address barriers faced by individuals in the early stages of substance-use recovery, justice involvement, or other life disruptions that often limit access to traditional employment opportunities. Participation in the program requires enrollment in Medicaid or eligibility for Medicaid, as the workforce program is integrated within our broader care and support model.*
Participants are employed within Rocksprings operations and engage in intentional skill-building designed to support long-term employability, economic stability, and personal growth. The program emphasizes transferable skills applicable across industries, supporting participants’ ability to transition into competitive employment.
